1. Wallet-Based System

 

 

MizzTrezz operates using a prepaid wallet system.

 

When you add funds, you are purchasing platform credits that allow you to use:

  • Private calls
  • Premium features
  • Other paid services

 

 

Wallet balance is not money, not a bank account, and not transferable outside the platform.

 

 

 

 

2. When Balance Is Used

 

 

Balance is deducted when:

 

  • You enter a paid video call
  • You join a paid live session
  • You use premium features

 

 

Once usage begins, the balance is considered used.

 

 

 

 

3. Refund Eligibility

 

 

Due to the nature of live digital services, refunds are not available once:

 

  • A call has started
  • A stream has been accessed
  • A paid session has been used

 

 

This is because the service is delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

 

 

 

 

4. Technical Issues

 

 

If a session fails due to a platform error (not user internet, device, or behavior), you may contact support for review.

 

We may issue:

 

  • A credit adjustment
  • A partial refund to wallet
  • Or no refund, depending on investigation

 

 

All decisions are final.

 

 

 

 

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

 

 

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after using paid services is considered abuse.

 

If this happens:

 

  • Your account may be suspended or banned
  • Any remaining balance may be removed
  • Future access may be blocked

 

 

We reserve the right to provide usage logs to payment processors.

 

 

 

 

6. Fraud & Abuse

 

 

We do not allow:

 

  • Payment manipulation
  • Balance farming
  • Transferring value between users
  • Using the platform as a payment gateway

 

 

Accounts engaging in abuse will be permanently closed.

 

 

 

 

7. Unused Balance

 

 

Unused balance:

 

  • Has no cash value
  • Does not expire
  • Is not refundable unless required by law
